Legal and practical
Plain terms, in the order you would ask about them
One
Prices and ordering
- Casting a chart and reading the free page: no charge, no account, no email required.
- Full reading: $19 — all twelve palaces, every star, the current decade, delivered as a PDF.
- Signed reading: $99 — the full reading, read and corrected by hand, signed and numbered.
Orders are paid by card through the processor shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and include nothing else: no subscription, no renewals, no stored card, and no further charge of any kind.
Two
Delivery
The full reading is issued within 24 hours of the order. The signed reading takes longer, because a person reads it: allow up to seventy-two hours, and expect it sooner. If you have not received anything within that window, write to the address on the confirmation and it will be sent the same day.
Three
Refunds
If the reading does not describe you, say so within 72 hours and it is refunded, in full, without an argument. This applies to both paid tiers. It does not matter whether the chart was cast correctly: the question is whether the reading was worth your money, and that is your judgement to make, not ours.
If the chart itself is wrong, because a birth time or birthplace was mis-entered, the reading is recast and reissued at no charge, at any point.
Four
Your birth details
The free chart is calculated entirely inside your own browser. The date, time and place you enter are not sent to this server, are not logged, and are not stored. Closing the page removes them. The permanent address of a chart contains a short fingerprint, not your birth date.
For a paid order, the details you send in order to have the reading written are kept only for as long as it takes to write and deliver it, then deleted on request. They are never sold, never shared with an advertising network, and never used to market anything else to you.
Five
How the writing is produced
Charts are computed by software, using the classical convention described on the method page. Written interpretation is drafted from a library of authored passages matched to the chart, and every paid reading is reviewed by a person before it is sent. The signed tier is reviewed line by line, and the name on it answers for it.
This is disclosed because you are entitled to know it. Automated drafting is not a secret here, and no text on this site is presented as a message from a spirit, a deity, or a channeled source.
Six
What this is not
This is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not replace any of them. It makes no claim to predict future events, and no part of it should be used to make a decision about health, money, law or another person's life. If you are in crisis, contact a professional service in your country rather than this site.
Readings are for the person who ordered them. Charts of third parties are not cast without their knowledge.
