A yearly forecast reading: the decade you are in, and where it turns
Zi Wei Dou Shu keeps time in decades — the 大限 — and each one falls into a palace with its own stars and direction. This reading takes the decade you are living through and writes out what it presses on. Events carry no dates: a chart is read as ground, not as a calendar.
What this reading answers
Which palaces this stretch presses on, what it puts weight on, and where the ground gives.
The reading states the decade and the two that follow, the stars that carry it, and the transformations falling in that span.
What you get
- The decade you are in: the palace it falls into, the stars in it, and its range of ages.
- The two decades after it, so this one reads as a position rather than an isolated year.
- What it presses on among the twelve palaces: work, money, partnership, health, moving.
- Signed and numbered, as a PDF within the tier deadline.

Questions
Does it give dates?
It gives the stretch, the palaces it presses on, and where it turns. A chart is read as ground, so the reading describes conditions rather than dated events.
Is this the Chinese horoscope you see each year?
A yearly Chinese horoscope works from the birth-year animal alone. This reading works from your full chart: the decade you are in, the palaces it touches, and the stars that carry it.
Which tier for a forecast?
The full reading covers the current decade and the two after it; the deep dive takes each palace further and adds five questions.
