What is collected when you send a quote, why it is collected, and how long it is kept.

What is collected

When you send a quote through the form or by email: your email address, the product name or model, the quantity, the quoted price and currency, the target market, any notes you write, and any files you attach. Nothing else is asked for and no account is created.

Why

Only to produce the analysis and to reply to you. Your address is not sold, rented or added to a mailing list, and the quote is not passed to any supplier.

How long it is kept

Original files are kept for 90 days after the report is delivered, then deleted. If you want them deleted sooner, say so in the reply and they are removed within five business days.

Case use

A quote is never used as a public case study, sample or marketing material without your written permission. The published samples on this site come from public listings, not from client files.

Cookies and logs

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or session-recording scripts. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested) for delivery and abuse protection.

Your requests

Write to [email protected] to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. A request is answered within five business days.
