Refunds

When the fee comes back, how to ask for it, and what is not covered.

When the fee is refunded in full

• The report misses the turnaround stated at the time of order.
• The report does not answer the questions you submitted with the quote.
• You ask to cancel before work on the report has started.

How to ask

Reply to the receipt email, or write to [email protected], quoting the order number. No form and no explanation beyond the reason are needed.

How it is paid back

Through PayPal, to the account that paid, within five business days of the request being accepted. The order is closed when the refund is sent; any files already delivered stay with you.

What is not refundable

A report that was delivered on time and that answers the submitted questions is not refundable because its conclusion is unwelcome. If the conclusion is wrong on a fact, say which line and it is re-checked and corrected free of charge.
