What the service covers, what it does not, and what happens when something goes wrong.

What the service is

Rimogogo Audit produces a written analysis of a supplier quotation for consumer products sourced from China. The deliverable is a document (PDF) plus the answer in the reply email: the quoted unit price against comparable listings of the same class, the price ladder the quote does or does not contain, and the cost lines that are missing from it.

What it is not

It is not a factory audit, a site visit, a quality inspection, legal or tax advice, a supplier search, or a brokerage service. We do not certify any company we have not visited and we do not negotiate with your supplier on your behalf.

Timing

The free first read comes back within one business day, counted in UTC+8. Paid tiers are delivered within the turnaround stated on the pricing page at the time of order. If a deadline is missed, see the refund page.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars, charged in advance through PayPal. No VAT is added. An order number is issued with the receipt and should be quoted in any correspondence.

Confidentiality

Quotations, drawings and files you send are treated as confidential and are never shared with suppliers or other clients. See the privacy page for what is stored and for how long.

Limits of liability

The analysis is an opinion based on the documents you provide and on listings that were public at the dates shown. It does not guarantee any price, term or outcome in a negotiation. Liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the report in question.

Governing law
